Abstract People with impairment still cope with greater numbers of barriers that restrict inclusive working, for example, physical infrastructure (staircases) and technologies (screen reader). We introduce a new model for understanding attitudes towards disabled people in the workplace. Using this model an intervention was tested for its effectiveness attitude change. The intervention planned consisting of combining workshop role-play and social media. A pilot workshop in Chile gave promising results and will be carried out in the UK to compare cross-cultural social difference between developed and developing country.
